In 2008 was created the State Department Regulation # 7536 to establish the State Chaplaincy Office and Rectors members around the island of Puerto Rico to assist victims in a disaster event.

In 2009 was created the governor executive order # OE-2009-12 for chaplains at EMA system.

In 2012 was created the governor executive order #OE-2012-28 for chaplains at EMA system and the public law # 168 to make permanently the chaplaincy in the EMA system and among many state agencies


 TODAY AT THE PRESENT:

Now the ministries are involved and developed the higher education to provide the chaplains and students candidates with seminars and continued education in a E-SERVICES environment using the internet technology to give the classes to each student.

For that purpose the ministries established their college “Theological College Of Chaplaincy And Clinical Pastoral Counseling Of The Caribbean Corp”. With certificate, associate, bachelor, master and doctor in the specialization of chaplaincy level I, II, III & IV, counseling and pastoral psychology.

The college is endorsed and accredited by the “International Association For The Clinical Pastoral Education Corp”

The ministries has a emergency management chaplaincy “ US Civil Defense Chaplains Corps” established in Puerto Rico.
